Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions:

WHY A NEW BUILDING? First, we need to realize that as a church we are going to grow larger than we are now! A healthy church is a growing church.
If this pattern of growth continues, we will be at our maximum number in a very short time. Remember, when a building gets to be 80% full, we
start
losing potential families. Also, keep in mind that this is an awesome opportunity. The Lord is leading and now we can relocate, gain a better location,
and have a more usable building. Basically, we would be trading up to make room for more people.

BY GROWING TOO LARGE, WILL WE LOSE OUR INTIMACY? This is a valid question and concern. There will be changes. But our goal is to really
invest in our growth groups; small groups that have between 8-14 people meeting to build relationships and grow in the knowledge of God. We will work
hard at building community in tangible ways. Fun family events, weekly activities, and small groups should help keep us on intimate levels.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES? The advantages seem really numerous! First, we will have a building that is welcoming and more ministry-useable.
Rooms will be larger, air-conditioned and more welcoming. We can expand our ministries in other areas. We can be much more community-minded. It
should be our hope to let the community use our facilities. Our facilities will be up to code and more outreach will take place. This will give us a new
fresh start to grow, expand and dream.

As we look at this project, there will be sacrifices involved. We will have to be creative and communicative in every area. We need to focus on the main
thing - which isn't the building, but the people! Keep in mind, the purpose of this project is to more effectively reach people for Christ.

Yes, I know this is a big project. But, our God is bigger! We've been praying for revival, leadership, resources and a great awakening! This could be
God answering our prayers. He's opening doors - the question is, are we willing to walk through? Realize the Lord will provide what we need every step
of the way.
