Nathan Seckinger, Senior Pastor
Nathan graduated from Nyack College and Asbury Theological Seminary. He also is a
graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program. He has served in Kentucky, Maine, New York and
New Jersey. He and his wife Joyce along with their boys, Ethan and Jedd have been at Open
Door for over 10 years. He is involved in the Garden State Rotary Club, and other
organizations, enjoys people and longs to see people grow in the knowledge, understanding,
and the practical living out of their faith in Christ. He truly believes that Loving God and others
is the best way of life. He would want you to know that you are always welcome at Open Door
Alliance Church.

Gary Freeman, Interim Youth Director
Gary Freeman is working as our interim Youth Director. He has been doing youth ministry in our
church since 1999 and has graciously accepted this volunteer position. He has a strong desire to
help teens know God better, and rely on Him more.

Steve Shelmire, Administrator
Steve Shelmire has been our administrator since August of 2004. He mans the office and takes
care of communications for the church. Steve is also Vice Chairman of the Governing Board of
our church. Steve and his wife Kath have two children, Lauren graduated college in May of
2007 and works for Lincoln Financial and Christian is a Junior in college at Penn State.

Treva Jackson, Children's Ministries
Treva graduated from Rowan University with a Special Education teaching degree. She taught
full time in the public school system for 5 years before becoming a stay at home mother. She
has been a part of the Children’s Ministry team for 5 years and took on the position of Director of
Children’s Ministry in August 2007. Treva and her husband Wade, have 3 children, Luke, Kyle
and Faith.
